Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel
Hotel guest rooms are available at the Banff Springs Hotel at the conference negotiated conference rate starting at:
$283/night + taxes
Reservations will be accepted in the group block up to February 21, 2023, Once the rooms are sold out regular rates will apply. Please book now, before sold out.
Guests may also call the In-House Reservations Department at 1-866-540-4413.
If the In-House team is not available, the call will automatically be forwarded to the hotels Global Reservations Centre (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week). Please quote CCOLD Conference at time of reservation
Hotel Cancellations:
Rooms may be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival. If rooms are cancelled within the 72 hour window, 1 night’s room and tax will be charged to their credit card on file.
REGISTRATION
Registration fees for conference:
These fees cover all activities of the conference.
Physicians $350.00
Other Allied Health Care Professionals $150
Virtual Attendance is the same fee.
GUESTS:
Guest(s) may attend Friday and Saturday evening dinners but must be registered in advance:
Guest fees are $90 Adults, $40 Children under age 15.
DRESS CODE
Business Casual throughout the conference.
INCIDENTALS
Any incidental expenses (room service, telephone, bar service, laundry, babysitting, etc.) will be the responsibility of the participant and must be paid for upon check out.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received by March 1, 2023 will be refunded.
Cancellations received after March 1, 2023 are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be in writing and sent to the Conference Secretariat by email to info@haymatick.com
Note: Guests are responsible for cancelling their own hotel bookings.
If the conference is cancelled for any reason, CCOLD or HayMatick Meeting & Events shall not be held liable for airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by conference registration.
