Hotel guest rooms are available at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise at the conference-negotiated conference rate starting at $380 and $530/night + taxes:

– Fairmont Rooms $380+ taxes per night
– Deluxe Mount Temple Rooms $530+ taxes per night

Reservations will be accepted in the group block up to February 15, 2027. Once the rooms are sold out regular rates will apply.

Hotel Cancellations:
Rooms may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to the Individual reservation arrival. Any cancellations after this date, no shows, or early departures will be charged 100%.

Registration fees for conference:

These fees cover all activities of the conference. *The following are Early Bird prices
General Registration fee is $350.
Allied Health Care Professionals, Fellows/Residents is $150.
Virtual Attendance for AHP Program is $50
